About me

Born and raised on a dairy farm in Ontario, I grew up working and playing outside. As I finished university and moved West to pursue my career in healthcare the drive to play outside has never left me. I have been fortunate to find friends who feel like family who also want to spend their weekends hiking, biking and camping in our beautiful backyard, the Canadian Rockies.

By writing this blog, I hope to provide a tool to inspire others to adventure and enjoy the outdoors as much as I do.
